Delivery Policy
Upon purchasing access to any edition of the MedsMap course, you will receive an e-mail message to follow instructions on how to access the purchased content. The content will show up in the “My Library” section upon login (can be found in the top right of the website). You will then have access to the content to view, as well as participate by creating posts and comments on the community page (also found in the “My Library” section). Downloading of the video lectures is not available as an option, purchasing any edition is for access to view the lectures.
If the course was purchased under the four-month payment plan, you will be given “drip access” to the course; each month will unlock a fourth of the course. When all payments are complete, you will have continued access to the entire course content that was purchased.
Refund Policy
Effective date: 06/05/2021
If you are not satisfied with a purchase made, you may request a refund directly from the seller within 14 days of purchase. Upon processing the refund, access to the course and community page will be revoked.
